Arnica montana is a mountain plant found in Central Europe and the Northwest of the United States.

Arnica Cream is made from an extract of the plant. The Cream can be used for the relief of muscle aches and stiffness, due to minor injuries, over-exertion, falls, and blows.

Ingredients
Aqua, Prunus Dulcis (Sweet Almond Oil), Arnica Montana extract, Aloe Vera Extract, Emulsyfying Wax, Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa Butter), Cocoa Nucifera (Coconut Oil), Glycerin, Stearic Acid, Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Phenoxyethanol, Carbomer, Triethanolamine.

Directions
Gently apply a thin layer of Arnica Cream to affected area, and repeat 3 times a day. Do not apply to broken skin.
